Among the more spectacular examples of architecture at Mesa Verde, the Crow's Nest is a structure built in a crevice above Square Tower House. Whether the Crow's Nest functioned as a look out, a refuge, or something entirely different, it's all up for debate. (Insert Master's Thesis Here) No doubt it is an incredible feat of engineering, however.
