2 Separate Panels- SIZES:  approx. 7.75" X 24"each


This diptych displays 4 scenes of the Paschal sacrifice of Christ:  The Via Dolorosa, the Crucifixion, the Resurrection, and the Encounter on the Road to Emmaus.  The original pieces are housed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.  The panels are actually one side of an altarpiece set that have the Virgin Annunciate and the Archangel Gabriel on the opposite side.


The plaque mounted panels make for a unique gift, treasured for years to come due to their quality UV protection matte finish and washable, glareproof surfaces.  Each wood plaque measures 3/8" thick with beveled and finished edges.
