RETURN POLICY
Not only do we offer items of great artistic merit, we strive to ensure each and every item we ship is free of damage or defect. However, should it occur that you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to our processing error or damage/defect to an item, please contact us via email at support@cedarandstars.com. New, unopened items with damage/defects are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Indicate what you are returning, the specific details of the error/defect, and a clear photo of the defect (if applicable). Include your name, email address, and order number. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with shipping items back to us.
Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or credit. For exchanges, we will send replacement item(s) at no charge. If the exchange item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, a credit will be issued instead. If at that point, you do not want the credit, you may then request a refund or request a different item(s). For refunds, we will reimburse for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow 14-21 days after shipping return items back to us for refund processing. If after this initial period you have not received a refund, please contact firstly the financial institution of your bank/credit accounts.
If after contacting your financial institutions you have not received a refund, please contact us at support@cedarandstars.com. We will work to ensure a satisfying remedy in a reasonable time.
